What David it is not in PDF? You know there is an Open Source that is legal to make PDFs with. Uses your print control.

Hi Corey!
Glad you are enjoying the blog, and keeping up to date on what’s happening in PNG.
By the way, we chose to use Word rather than PDFs. David has the expertise and software to make PDFs, of course. But, in thinking carefully through the issues, we decided PDF documents were not right in this instance.
We believe newspaper, alumni magazine, church publication and website editors would prefer to select and edit material from the documents for their particular purposes. They are unlikely to print the documents as they are, so we chose Word.
And, Word documents are much more easily manipulated in most parts of the world.
