Once the county seat (briefly) of Dallas County.
Cedar Hill is the highest altitude in north Texas.
The Dogwood Canyon in Cedar Hill is soon to be the location of one of the largest National Audubon Parks in the area, over 300 acres. And, yes, there are Dogwood Trees there! It will contain a large Museum Building with many 'bird' facts and features. The Cedar Hill area is one of the most beautiful areas in north Texas.
